Having 12 years’ experience in Human Resource management, of which 08 years has been spent in the Health care sector, She has a professional qualification in the Human Resource Management in CIPM.

Senisha takes a leadership role in developing a culture that enables employees to perform in accordance to a firm objective. She is involved in effective plan, design, development and evaluation of human resource related initiatives, that supports organizational roles. The daily tasks vary but typically supervises staff and reports to the chief executive officer.
