Arnold brings with him close to 2 decades of experience in building and leading global customer service teams to delivery across organizations through organic and merges and acquisitions driven strategic growth initiatives across Sri Lanka. His experience of managing all aspects of the healthcare delivery organization comprising Hospitals, Diagnostics, Primary Care and Daycare Specialty in diversified geographies of, Sri Lanka has given him the exceptional opportunity to transform healthcare businesses in both developing and developed settings. Arnold is currently Assistant Manager Operations, at Joseph Fraser Memorial Hospital by Melsta Health which is amongst the leading private hospitals in Sri Lanka.
His earlier roles also include Front Office Manager for Asiri Surgical Hospital and Assistant Manager Business Development & Doctor Relations for Durdans Hospital in Colombo. His past assignment also includes driving Durdans Hospital to be the first hospital to receive the gold seal of approval presented by the Joint Commission International. He has successfully led post-merger integration and divestments of multiple healthcare delivery assets in the healthcare sector. His expertise in integrating healthcare strategy with operations and management has set industry benchmarks. Arnold completed his Diploma in Business Management from Pearson Asia. He sits on the Executive Committee of Jospeh Fraser Hospital and has been an invited to be a member of Sri Lanka – China Friendship Association.
